We start Monday morning training in Week 4 this year! It's a great way to kick off your week. Predominantly strength and conditioning with a bit of technique thrown in too. Wear clothes that you are comfortable moving around in, tracksuit and runners would be best. And a nice big bottle of water! Looking forward to seeing you there!
