Your presence on campus is a great way of raising your profile among students. The University of Limerick campus is a brilliant environment and we have several areas of high footfall where can locate you with a stall or activity to draw students to engage with yourself or your company. Weather permitting usually activities can take place in the student Courtyard, otherwise in block B of the main Building or in the main plaza, all three of which have a high traffic yield of students daily.If you wish to organise an onsite promotion here on campus, you can contact the ents office by calling into the office, or you can call (0612022368 or 061213542). Every year Keith Quinlan and his Ents team organise multiple Faculty Balls, Class Trips, and Social Events for all students in UL.

I want to become a member of the Ents Crew, how can I do this?

The Ents Crew are the first of their kind in Ireland. They are a Student Union affiliated company that work as security at each event that is SU-organised in UL. They are expertly trained and they do their job in a highly-professional manner.

To host a charity event during Fresher’s week/Charity week you will need to contact events.su and from their member of the Ents team will do their best to help you.

What is the ULSU Ticket Refund Policy?

When can you get a refund on tickets?

• If the event you have booked is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund of at least the face value of the ticket. If the face value has been reduced by the organiser, the refund will be for the discounted face value price paid.
• If an event is rescheduled to another date, your tickets should be valid. If you can't make the rescheduled date, then you're entitled to a full refund.
• The ticket seller is responsible for giving you your refund for tickets to a cancelled event.

• If you can no longer attend an event or you've simply changed your mind about going, you're rarely entitled to a refund, despite tickets often being purchased months in advance.
• You are not entitled to a refund for the ticket if an understudy appears in place of a show's headline star, or a headlining artist changes from the ones advertised on a music festival line-up.

• If the event you have booked for is cancelled, rescheduled or has changed location, you are entitled to a refund of at least the face value of the ticket.
• You are not entitled to a refund if you can no longer attend an event.
