The UL yoga & meditation club offers the opportunity to take part in the ancient practice of improving your mental and physical health in a fun and engaging way with weekly yoga classes taking place followed by a meditation session to give you that feeling of zen and peace. You will also have the opportunity to travel on club trips to holistic and Yogic centers around Ireland and abroad.
